sometimes referred to as a Shorthair or GSP into your home it is important that
you know and understand the breed. German Shorthaired Pointers are committed to
their owners for life. They are highly active, very intelligent and you will be
hard pressed to find another breed for the person with an active outdoor
lifestyle. Training like with any breed is critical to their success and to
have a happy and productive family life. They are family dogs and they love
being around their family. They are
great with kids, my own children in their 20's now grew up with German Shorthaired Pointers all of their life.
